COVID-19 Office Update

The COVID-19 pandemic may be causing increased levels of stress and anxiety. My counselling services are available in three formats:

  1. In-person (Following CPHO protocols). Click here to view my COVID-19 Operational Plan.
  2. Video counselling - I use a secure, encrypted video conferencing service that is PIPEDA compliant (Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act).
  3. Phone counselling.

In the privacy and comfort of my Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island office, clients can safely explore their issues, develop healthy coping strategie for various symptoms, and discover workable solutions for their problems. I take a holistic health and wellness approach to my counselling practice emphasizing self-care and psycho-education that encourages the development and maintenance of healthier ways of being.

I am now certified in Trauma Informed Yoga Therapy™, which promotes improved self-regulation and symptom management for anxiety, trauma/PTSD, addiction issues and more.
