People seek counselling for a variety of psychological issues and mental health concerns. Symptoms such as constant worrying, sleep disturbances, racing mind, mood swings, or irritability can be indicators of high stress or other mental health issues.
Ensure the health and wellness of your employees or group members by offering a wellness workshop. Providing education, counsel and resources on mental health can enhance overall well-being as well as improve morale, attendance and productivity. Standard workshop topics are listed below, but I can design a workshop tailored specifically to your group's needs. All workshops include information about coping strategies for stress.
