COVID-19 Office Update

The COVID-19 pandemic may be causing increased levels of stress and anxiety. My counselling services are available in three formats:

  1. In-person (Hand sanitizing and physical distancing protocols are in place, and masks are available). Click here for my COVID-19 Operational Plan.
  2. Video counselling - I use a secure, encrypted video conferencing service that is PIPEDA compliant (Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act).
  3. Phone counselling sessions are also available.

I take a holistic health and wellness approach to my counselling practice emphasizing self-care and psycho-education that encourages the development and maintenance of healthier ways of being.

I am now certified in Trauma Informed Yoga Therapy™, which promotes improved self-regulation and symptom management for anxiety, trauma/PTSD, addiction issues and more.
